Class Info

Classes are 90-minutes of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises in a heated environment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins to fill out the new student form and inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PACKAGE TO BUY?  If you plan to attend class once a week, it is best to buy a 20 class card or pay for a single class.  Save 50% + more If you are planning on attending 2 or more times a week, by becoming a Unlimited Monthly Member!
